How It Works

First, you’ll need to subscribe using the buttons on the right.  If you are viewing this on a mobile device, use the Contact Us form and you’ll be manually subscribed.  I hope to have the ability for mobile users to be able to subscribe themselves soon.

The current subscription rate is $8.95 per month, automatically through Paypal.  That’s about 30 cents per meal.  If you fail to plan just once during the month, you’ll likely spend more in one night than this costs for the entire month.

Every week on Thursday, I’ll post a week’s worth of dinner menus.  Simply print the shopping list, cross off what you already have, and make ONE trip to the store!  No more forgotten ingredients!  Then, each night, simply prepare the recipes, using the Master Plan so the main dish and any sides, starters or desserts are ready at the right time.  If you won’t be home any nights, just pick the menus you want to drop.  The coded shopping list makes it easy to cross the ingredients for those menus off the list!

Features:

  • Seven nightly meals per week
  • One leisurely meal includes starter
  • One weekend brunch OR
  • Either one dessert or snack recipe
  • Low-carb meals suitable for most plans’ induction, around 10 net g. of carbs
  • Recipes call for no artificial sweeteners and no sugar
  • Complete shopping list categorized by aisle and coded to menu night
  • Nightly Master Plan to make sure all recipes are ready at the right time: no more frantically fixing a side while the main dish grows cold
  • Reminders on each night’s plan to remind you to marinate or thaw anything for the next night’s plan
  • Recipes use seasonal cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients
  • Recipes from a variety of cuisines and techniques, from Italian and French to modern “restaurant” American, Tex-Mex, Caribbean, Asian and more
  • Planned leftover makeovers mean you’ll be cooking less and eating better
  • Tips to help you cook better and more inexpensively
  • Access to your past archives if you’d rather cook a different or favorite dish from past menus, for the length of your subscription
  • Designed to meet the needs of families where only some of the family have special dietary considerations, without the cook having to spend all day in the kitchen making separate menus

Please note: this is NOT a diet in and of itself. It’s meant to fit into your diet plan, whether that’s a gluten-free diet, or a stage of a low-carb diet. These dinner menus can be used at any stage of most low-carb diet plans. If you can handle more carbs, you can add them at other meals. You’ll be too full to add them at dinner!
