In my area, the leaves are finally starting to turn, and apple season is in full swing. So are fall gardens, which is why I’m using a few spring items again that many people plant for fall use. It’s still continuing to be unseasonably chilly here, so my mind is set further into the year than it actually is, given that the trees in my yard have not started to change yet, and most trees in my area are still green! This week, we’re going to start by doing a pork roast that’s going to turn into something easy, and Tex-Mex, for the grill on Monday.
