Never a dull moment
I’m a busy WAHM mom of three kids who are in multiple activities. When my third child was born, two other life-changing things happened: I broke my metabolism, and I became busier than I had ever imagined being.
Trying to cram everything into the day was almost impossible, and what often got the least attention was dinner. Which was a very bad thing, considering my metabolic problems.
Soon, I found out about menu mailer services, and tried several of them. They were such a time-saver for me! One was very good, but none of them addressed the problems of a person who has to limit grains, sugars and refined starches and whose kids mostly eat gluten-free. I did many in-depth searches to try to find the kind of service I needed and liked. It was with deep regret that I said goodbye to my last, and favorite, menu-mailer service.
I’d learned a lot about menu planning during my time with the menu services, and I have a background in food, having managed a gourmet food store and catered my way through graduate school. So I started planning my own menus.
And as long as I’m taking the time to plan out the week’s menus, I decided to take the time and effort to make them easy for others to use, and to design this website so others can access them.
To your good health, and good life,
Tracey
