This week, I’m staying out of the kitchen as much as possible. There is a sauce for the Grilled Salmon, but it’s quick. If you make all the Pesto Fauxtato Salad at once, you need only steam the cauliflower once. The rest of the time, your stove stays off! You’ll grill Greek Chicken, Salmon, Lemon-Rosemary Pork, Shrimp Kabobs and Zucchini Splits outside. Use deli meat to make the Roast Beef Salad and Dilled Chicken Salad. You can even grill the eggplant and garlic for this week’s bonus, Baba Ghanouj, outside!
