We have something special this week: Sauerbraten! It needs to marinate for several days, so you might want to stick it in the marinade just as soon as you get the beef home. We’re going to do something interesting with the leftovers later in the week. We’ll also have some chicken of which, when I asked my 13-year-old son what he thought would go well with, he responded enthusiastically ”More chicken!” He also inspired the salmon dish with his suggestion. And for those of you missing burgers, we have those too–just not on the grill on your deck. To top it off, we have chocolate chip cookies!
